Gaylord Pop Top

The owners of this project had just moved from California, and were excited to have found an awesome bungalow in Wash Park. Only problem being that even though they were empty nesters, the bungalow felt too small to house 2 people working from home, as well as their kids when they returned for holidays. We expanded the upstairs space from a single room built into the eaves into a master suite and office, and then gut and remodeled the rest of the home.
